The customer needed an oil treatment unit with heating of the incoming products.
According to the terms of reference, our scientific and technical center has proposed a unit with a volume of V = 115 m3.
We have designed, manufactured, and shipped an automated oil treatment unit designed for separation of oil well products and oil treatment to the required quality standards. The unit is used for efficient heating, dehydration, and desalting of oil emulsions and preparation of commercial oil.
Due to versatile functionality, one UPN unit can simultaneously replace several cleaning systems:

- - Dehydration of crude oil;
- - Its separation into oil and by-products;
- - Obtaining refined oil.

The design was carried out by the design department specialists. The device was manufactured at the Syzran plant.
