Pre-commissioning works and mode adjustment of start-up and fuel gas heater PTPG-30M manufactured by Bunter Group has been carried out.
The heater is designed to preheat the associated gas supplied to the field gas gathering station site prior to the pressure reduction process.
Rated heater capacity – 30,000 nm3/h;
Heated product pressure – 7.5 MPa;
Rated power of the heater – 1.1 MW.
Inlet and outlet temperature difference – 70 deg.
Efficiency – 82 %
A multiflow U-shaped pipe bundle is installed in the heater housing to provide the specified pressure difference and normative values of the medium flow rate. The heater is equipped with a specially designed smoke pipe of an increased height to provide a consistent draft for stable operation of the furnace path devices and thermal power. The smoke pipe is equipped with stretching braces and brackets for on-site installation to ensure additional stability.
The gas control unit built into the heater is equipped with a gas metering unit and rotary gas meter for auxiliaries.
