The customer needed a regeneration gas heating furnace as part of the gas treatment unit.

According to the technical specifications, cylindrical furnace TsS-1-80-6.00 was suitable, but the customer required non-standard implementation of the project.

Special design solutions:

Furnaces of this design are usually placed outdoors. In this case, the main structures of the furnace had to be placed inside the process workshop building. This solution, in our experience, has no analogs. Its implementation required the development of non-standard algorithms of the furnace emergency protection due to the increasing number of explosive zones (inside the furnace, inside the building, and outside the building) and their combinations.

In accordance with the customer's assignment, the furnace is blown with nitrogen at -50 °C before start-up. This solution is also non-standard. The following measures were taken to maintain the operating capacity of the furnace after the low-temperature blowdown:

  • The coil is made of cryogenic steel;
  • The furnace seat lining is designed to withstand sudden temperature changes.

The furnace is made in a modular design which allowing to speed up the installation process as much as possible.

The furnace includes a gas analysis system to determine the concentration and amount of NOx, COx, and CH4 emissions in flue gases in all possible modes of furnace operation.

2019 year
The Customer faced a non-standard task: oil emulsion needed to be heated directly from the well pad in the absence of prepared fuel gas to feed the heater burners and the remaining infrastructure around the well pad.
2020 year
The water heating boiler unit was shipped to the Customer in full factory readiness. The installation works are currently in final stages. The commissioning is scheduled for September 2020.
2018 year
The customer needed an oil treatment unit with heating of the incoming products.
According to the terms of reference, our scientific and technical center has proposed a unit with a volume of V = 115 m3.
2016 year
Flare unit designed for high-efficiency and high-quality combustion of periodic, permanent, and emergency discharges of combustible gases at oil and gas field treatment facilities in oil and gas fields, as well as oil, gas, and petrochemical industry enterprises, has been manufactured and shipped to the Customer.
2021 year
Heater with intermediate coolant PPT-0.2G designed for heating oil emulsions in oil collection and transportation systems, as well as natural or associated gas and waste field water at gas-distributing units of gas-lift oil production system, has been manufactured and shipped to the Customer.
