Mobile indirect heating unit MUKN-0.12K was successfully commissioned.

The unit consists of the heater, liquid fuel storage tank, and process unit with gas and liquid fuel piping. All devices are located on a single frame, which allows to quickly move the plant from one site to another.

The main elements of the heater are a spiral product coil and a furnace with transverse finned heat exchange tubes. Application of the spiral coil allows to increase the heat transfer intensity to the product due to the vortex flow mode, minimize hydraulic resistance, and contributes to self-cleaning of the inner surface of the coil.

The simultaneous use of the new design of the furnace and the coil makes it possible to significantly reduce the physical specifications of the plant.

Another recuperator unit was manufactured and shipped to the customer, which is designed for combustion of permanent, periodic, and emergency gas discharges and their disposal by means of heat recovery for heating of recycled process water using the heat of exhaust gases.

Oil treatment plant (heater-treater)

2018 year

The customer needed an oil treatment unit with heating of the incoming products.
According to the terms of reference, our scientific and technical center has proposed a unit with a volume of V = 115 m3.

Mobile direct heating unit MUPN

2021 year

Mobile direct heating unit MUPN of the formation water separation system was put into operation to provide heating of the incoming liquid with subsequent separation of produced water in the settling units.
