PP-1.6 is designed for heating hydrocarbon raw materials and products (oil, oil emulsions, gas condensate, high viscosity oil products, formation water) during their transportation by pipelines at the fields and oil treatment plants.
Structural description
The heater is a cylindrical horizontal tank with flat bottoms, with two U-shaped furnaces and two four-entry tubular coils are installed in the lower part of the inner cavity.
The PP-4D model is equipped with four four-way coils that provide reduced hydraulic resistance. The tank is filled with liquid coolant through the expansion tank.
Units for fuel treatment and supply to the burner devices, ladder, and service platform are located outside the tank.
The heater is located on a welded frame.
Operating principle
The heated product enters the product coils of the heater, where it is heated from the intermediate coolant to the set temperature, and then removed from the heater.
The product temperature in the pipeline is monitored at the coil outlet by means of sensors, the signals from which are transferred to the burner controller (which changes the combustion mode).
